Cancellation Policy

Default Policy for Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist We’re committed to providing a smooth and supportive experience for all clients. Please review our booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies to ensure you have a clear understanding of our service guidelines. Booking Policy All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your scheduled session. We recommend booking early, as availability can be limited during peak times. Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Waitlist Policy If your desired time slot is unavailable, you may join our waitlist. When a spot opens up, waitlisted clients will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis and will have 12 hours to confirm their booking. We recommend confirming promptly to secure your spot. Our goal is to offer flexible, client-centered services while ensuring all clients have access to our expertise.
